Well now we’ve enabled a cool feature that allows you to ask one of our courteous & knowledgeable Customer Service staff a question about the product you’re looking at. We can answer your burning question within seconds, suggest product alternatives with instant links and help you on your way to making a purchase. Even if we’re not available to help you, you can use the same method to leave us a message, and we’ll email you back as soon as we get back online.
After successful trials over the last couple of weeks, we’re thrilled to be able to roll out the feature to everyone so that they can enjoy the instant help our patient beta-testers have enjoyed.
To use our Live Help, simply click on the link in the bottom right to open the Live Help screen, or click the link on every product page, just below the ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ button. Then, just ask your question and we’ll answer it as soon as we can. It’s as simple as that!
