<p><strong>Ever wanted to ask a quick question about a product, but don&#8217;t want to pick up the phone? Or wait for an email response? </strong>Well now we&#8217;ve enabled a cool feature that allows you to ask one of our courteous &amp; knowledgeable  Customer Service staff a question about the product you&#8217;re looking at. We can answer your burning question within seconds, suggest product alternatives with instant links and help you on your way to making a purchase. Even if we&#8217;re not available to help you, you can use the same method to leave us a message, and we&#8217;ll email you back as soon as we get back online.</p>
<p>After successful trials over the last couple of weeks, we&#8217;re thrilled to be able to roll out the feature to everyone so that they can enjoy the instant help our patient beta-testers have enjoyed.</p>
<p>To use our Live Help, simply click on the link in the bottom right to open the Live Help screen, or click the link on every product page, just below the &#8216;Add to Shopping Bag&#8217; button. Then, just ask your question and we&#8217;ll answer it as soon as we can. It&#8217;s as simple as that!</p>
